La formación laboral en la práctica docente del licenciado en educación eléctrica, garantía de un desempeño competente

Abstract

Se realizó una revisión teórica de bibliografías e investigaciones relacionadas con la formación laboral del futuro profesional en la ETP tales como Pino P. (2003); Forgas B. (2003); Alonso B. (2007); Sarmiento T (2008); Valera F. (2016); Calle G (2016) entre otros. Fueron apreciadas soluciones para aspectos que inciden en el perfeccionamiento de su educación, pero no se cubren las necesidades en la práctica laboral docente de nuestra carrera para lograr un desempeño eficiente en ese período ni una vez graduado. En aras de lograr este estado y tomando en cuenta las exigencias actuales del puesto laboral que ocupan nuestros futuros profesionales, nos resultó pertinente diseñar, ejecutar y controlar un grupo de acciones que integran una estrategia pedagógica para favorecer la formación laboral durante el proceso de práctica docente. Esta tiene su base en la Pedagogía Profesional como ciencia y en la continua interacción Universidad Sociedad para fortalecer dicha competencia.
