Abstract

A medida que aumenta la popularidad del grafiti y éste se consolida como una de los movimientos artísticos más importantes del siglo XXI, se intensifica el debate en torno a su protección por el Derecho de autor. El presente artículo defiende que el grafiti creado ilegalmente está sujeto a derechos de autor, pero al mismo tiempo destaca los problemas específicos a los que se enfrentaría el artista para hacer valer estos derechos.
