Estrategias Tecnológicas En El Desempeño De Docentes En Instituciones Educativas Del Municipio De Montería, Colombia

Abstract

Este artículo es una aproximación reflexiva a la importancia de las competencias tecnológicas para el mejoramiento del desempeño docente en instituciones educativas del Municipio Montería – Colombia, investigación en curso que pretende diseñar un portafolio de estrategias tecnológicas, a partir de un enfoque cualitativo/cuantitativo. Se tomarán como universo a docentes del Municipio de Montería: 15 profesores por cada institución; un total de 45 docentes. Como conclusiones iniciales se resalta que los docentes vienen presentado deficiencias en cuanto al diseño y efectividad al momento de aplicar las estrategias tecnológicas lo que influye en la poca motivación de los estudiantes al momento de aprender y de obtener resultados académicos y que el diseño de estas estrategias, conllevarían a nuevas reflexiones donde comprendan la necesidad de seguir cualificándose permanentemente, y que éstas se conviertan en una necesidad en cada proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje y no como un soporte para enseñar.
