Perspectiva Laboral De La Migración Intelectual Venezolana

Abstract

La comunidad migrante intelectual se conoce como migración calificada y se refiere, casi siempre, a universitarios de diversas profesiones y técnicos. De ahí que el propósito del artículo fue analizar la migración intelectual venezolana desde la perspectiva laboral, producto de una investigación cualitativa, empleando el método hermenéutico, con base al testimonio de cinco (05) docentes universitarias venezolanas migrantes, ex-trabajadoras de la Universidad Bicentenaria de Aragua, lo que permitió concluir que a pesar de las favorables condiciones de formación y experiencia de la migración calificada caso de estudio, se desempeñan en condiciones laborales no totalmente favorables y les correspondió vivir dificultades de tipo legal. De allí que se plantea la necesidad de homologación de carreras en la región, un plan educativo regional y una legislación transfronteriza que garantice la protección de los derechos establecidos en múltiples convenios.
