Hazañas de las mujeres cubanas en el deporte

Abstract

Dada la escasa bibliografía sobre los resultados de las mujeres cubanas en eventos deportivos a nivel internacional, se realizó la presente investigación con el objetivo de elaborar un folleto para profundizar en el tema. Se llevó a cabo partiendo de un estudio histórico sobre los resultados de las mujeres cubanas en diferentes eventos deportivos. Se utilizaron métodos del nivel teórico como el Histórico-Lógico, el Análisis-Síntesis, el Inductivo-Deductivo y del nivel empírico se utilizó la revisión documental. Como resultado se dispone de un folleto que recoge los principales resultados deportivos de atletas cubanas en eventos internacionales. Es utilizado como material de apoyo docente (fundamentalmente para la carrera de Cultura Física); permitió fortalecer valores y actitudes importantes así como elevar el nivel de conocimiento de estudiantes y profesores. Es un importante documento para el conocimiento de la historia del deporte cubano y es una forma de mantener viva nuestra historia deportiva.
