Análisis deontológico en el manejo de refrigerantes en la industria ecuatoriana

Abstract

El presente artículo tuvo como objetivo demostrar la relación entre el criterio legal, ético y deontológico que existe en el apropiado manejo de refrigerantes en la industria ecuatoriana presentando la obligatoriedad del cumplimiento de las normas INEN (Servicio Ecuatoriano de Normalización) por parte de los agentes de profesión, todo esto mediante la descripción de la deontología y su utilización con pautas lógicas provistas por entidades de clase para que los profesionales puedan realizar sus actividades con el respaldo de códigos éticos junto con normas legalmente establecidas por las entidades de control. Es posible generalizar los códigos éticos de profesiones formalmente establecidas para quienes se involucran en procesos que forman parte de las ramas de estas profesiones, como es el caso del manejo de refrigerantes.
