Evaluación y perspectivas de la política habitacional en México

Abstract

Este artículo estudia y analiza las diferentes acciones gubernamentales que a lo largo de la historia de nuestro país se han generado para implementar una política habitacional en México; las cuales han sido establecidas conforme a los ideales y concepciones del Gobierno en turno y sin tomar en consideración las expectativas de vida que los trabajadores poseen, así como también no se ha visualizado la capacidad económica que tienen para acceder a una vivienda, la cual tendría que reunir los estándares mínimos de capacidad y decoro para las familias mexicanas; por lo que concluimos con propuestas que deben comenzar por establecer un modelo financiero más adecuado a la situación económica del trabajador, así como una reforma estructural al marco jurídico y constituir reservas territoriales que permitan generar viviendas adecuadas para los mexicanos.
