El liderazgo docente y la transformación de escenarios al interior de los sistemas educativa

Abstract

El liderazgo en el contexto contemporáneo cada día se consolida como una importante herramienta de transformación al interior de las organizaciones educativas, razón por la cual en el escenario latinoamericano el liderazgo desde el rol del docente es un foco importante de trascendental estudio en todo lo concerniente a la administración educativa y la gestión de centros educativos, desde esta mirada, a continuación se presenta el siguiente documento cuya intención es desarrollar una revisión bibliográfica para destacar y analizar como el liderazgo es usado por el docente a partir de su labor, de manera que este análisis se estructura desde tres perspectivas que incluyen: a) el liderazgo del docente desde el aula, b) el liderazgo del docente desde un centro educativo, y c) el liderazgo del docente en el sistema educativo.
