As alterações do simples nacional e a gestão tributária dentro das empresas de serviço

Abstract

O Simples Nacional é um regime de tributação instituído pela lei complementar 123/2006, porém, sofreu algumas alterações com a chegada da lei complementar 155/2016. A pesquisa busca entender as alterações nesta lei, se ela impactou dentro das empresas, se trouxe algum beneficio tributário e se foi necessário planejamento ou mudança na gestão tributária e operacional das empresas. Como base metodológica foi necessária uma análise do Simples Nacional e uma revisão bibliográfica. Além disso, foram entrevistados proprietários de três empresas de serviço que atuam na cidade de Foz do Iguaçu/PR, além de pesquisa exploratória nos documentos contábeis para entender a gestão tributária das mesmas, verificando assim os efeitos da mudança na lei.
