Abstract

El presente proyecto es un plan de marketing para la Unidad Educativa Particular “Narcisa de Jesús†en el cantón Nobol; en la actualidad es una institución regentada por la REA (Red Educativa Arquidiocesana) que trabaja en conjunto con la Arquidiócesis de Guayaquil, la institución tiene 56 años de trayectoria en el mercado educativo y está orientada a formar estudiantes de educación inicial, básica general y bachillerato general unificado, ha logrado ser una institución reconocida y admirada por los valores que imparte a sus estudiantes, pero durante los últimos 5 años ha enfrentado un decrecimiento en la población estudiantil lo que ha afectado el reconocimiento de la institución a nivel cantonal, el factor principal por el cual se ha dado esta situación es la gran competencia con las instituciones fiscales debido a que son totalmente gratuitas y son de preferencia para los padres de familia por el ahorro que ellas generan en la economía familiar, otros factores que inciden en las preferencias son la imagen institucional que no ha sido modernizada y la infraestructura que necesita una mayor inversión en mantenimiento, elementos que elementos que generan recordación para el cliente.
