Metodología y elaboración de un manual de análisis y descripción de puestos

Abstract

En la actualidad es de suma importancia que toda empresa, sin importar su giro o tamaño de la misma cuente con un manual de descripción de puestos o manual de análisis de puestos, ya que a través de este documento oficial de la empresa, la contratación e inducción al nuevo personal es más fácil, rápida y práctica. El presente estudio tiene como finalidad implementar un modelo de análisis y descripción de puestos para la empresa de giro comercial Súper Esquina Abasolo a fin de delimitar las actividades y responsabilidades y definir los perfiles de puesto. Dicho estudio es de carácter descriptivo, con un método de recopilación de información mixto con la finalidad de que la información sea clara, precisa, objetiva y válida. Esto lleva consigo la elaboración de cinco puestos y en los cuales se incluyen datos de identificación del puesto, descripción genérica y funciones específicas.
