La tarjeta de crédito del trabajador por cuenta propia cubano. De la normativa a la práctica

Abstract

El presente artículo parte de una breve mirada al entorno de desarrollo del comercio electrónico en Cuba, advirtiendo la problemática producida en relación a la tarjeta de crédito del trabajador por cuenta propia; incursiona en aspectos teóricos del referido medio magnético, en particular la figura contractual que lo sustenta; luego se adentra en el régimen jurídico doméstico de la tarjeta de crédito y los pormenores de su manifestación práctica, que en su conjunto sustentaron la pertinencia de la correspondiente propuesta de modificación normativa, a tono con el proceso actualizador del modelo económico del país.
