La evaluación del impacto de la formación laboral de los estudiantes en las carreras pedagógicas

Abstract

El mundo de hoy se caracteriza por un vertiginoso desarrollo de la ciencia, la técnica y la tecnología que impacta en todas las esferas de la sociedad. Se apuesta por un entorno laboral cada vez más competitivo y exigente en la formación laboral. Esta situación constituye un reto para las Ciencias Pedagógicas, encargada de formar a las nuevas generaciones en correspondencia a las exigencias del mundo actual. En el diagnóstico realizado al desarrollo del proceso de formación integral de los estudiantes de las carreras pedagógicas, se detectaron insuficiencias en la evaluación de la formación laboral y en la determinación de la magnitud del impacto del desempeño profesional y social de los sujetos que intervienen en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje. La evaluación del impacto de la formación laboral de los estudiantes en las carreras pedagógicas contribuye a su preparación a lo largo de toda la vida y a la mejora continua de la educación.
