Metodología de ejercicios Lian Gong y Thai Chi como actividades correctivo posturales para escolares asmáticos de la enseñanza primaria en las Tunas

Abstract

La presente investigación se encamina a brindar la metodología, a través de una combinación de Ejercicios del LIAN GONG y de TAI CHI para rehabilitar la parte físico-postural y respiratoria de los escolares asmáticos del segundo ciclo de la enseñanza primaria de las tunas paciente asmático durante la etapa intercrisis en la comunidad, fortaleciendo el trabajo metodológico interdisciplinario, con el objetivo de preparar un profesional integral, competente dentro de la Educación Física capaz de ofrecer mejor tratamiento a las afecciones posturales teniendo en cuenta las estructuras anatomo funcionales afectadas, específicamente en el tórax y la columna vertebrar de niños, adolescentes y jóvenes asmáticos. Demostrando que pueden ser de fácil generalización la ejecución de estos ejercicios como método de gimnasia suave, para trabajar con los programa de atención a las enfermedades crónicas no transmisibles en Cuba.
