Las emociones y su impacto en la alimentación

Abstract

El presente artículo, tiene como objetivo determinar cómo afecta a los estudiantes alimentarse emocionalmente en la etapa de transición Adolescencia-Adultez Temprana en la Universidad Técnica de Manabí. Mediante la investigación descriptiva, se aplicó una encuesta a 50 estudiantes de 18 a 25 años pertenecientes a la Facultad de Ciencias Humanísticas y sociales (FCHS) de la Universidad Técnica de Manabí en el Periodo Abril-Agosto 2019, y se obtuvo como resultado general que la alimentación emocional va a variar tanto por el sexo del individuo, por la existencia de diversos comensales emocionales y los tipos de alimentos que frecuentan. Según indican los resultados de la investigación, las emociones negativas con un 22% en el sexo masculino y un 26% en el sexo femenino, serían más influyentes a la hora de comer que las emociones positivas.
