Breve análisis de las medidas cautelares en el procedimiento familiar en Cuba

Abstract

El procedimiento familiar en Cuba, ya de manera un tanto independiente, lleva algo más de 10 años de práctica jurídica. Uno de los aspectos novedosos en su implementación lo constituyen las medidas cautelares y de forma específica en torno a los procesos donde se disponen sobre los derechos de las niñas, niños y adolescentes. Es así que, resulta importante analizar algunos elementos a distinguir en su aplicación y como parte de su perfeccionamiento futuro.
