La gestión ambiental en función del desarrollo local. Estudio de caso: municipio de Moa, provincia Holguín

Abstract

El presente trabajo analiza los principales problemas ambientales que se enmarcan en el municipio Moa, partiendo de la estrategia ambiental, acción esta que ha estado marcada por un grupo de condiciones naturales abiótico, biótico y socioeconómico que han ejercido influencia en el devenir del desarrollo local del municipio. Se realiza un plan de acción encaminado a elevar la cultura ambiental de la población así como comprometer a las entidades del territorio.
