Diagnóstico de la gestión del conocimiento en el capital humano en la división territorial de ETECSA Santiago de Cuba

Abstract

La Gestión del Conocimiento constituye el proceso de desarrollo y aplicación de todo tipo de conocimientos en la organización, por el cual no sólo se controlan los resultados de una organización a nivel global, que combina los resultados a nivel individual, grupal y a nivel de la propia organización, sino que se estima el rendimiento global de la misma y se estimula su desarrollo. Éste contribuye de manera esencial a la Gestión efectiva del Capital Humano generando mayor valor a los productos y servicios través de éstos. Es por ello que la presente investigación tiene como objetivo realizar un Diagnóstico de la Gestión del Conocimiento en el proceso de Gestión del Capital Humano de en la División Territorial de ETECSA Santiago de Cuba. Donde, a través de diferentes herramientas y procedimientos, se pudo evaluar en un desempeño Medio, la gestión de los procesos analizados.
