Estrategia para la formación integral del contador sustentada en el componente laboral – investigativo

Abstract

El trabajo abordó un tema trascendental para la formación integral del Licenciado en Contabilidad y Finanzas, consistió en una estrategia sustentada en el componente laboral – investigativo, para desarrollar las habilidades y competencias requeridas para un profesional de esta rama, se prestó atención a las prácticas, destrezas, desempeño y funcionamiento de los especialistas de las diferentes áreas en las entidades , sin perder de vista la aplicación y vinculación del basamento teórico metodológico desarrollado en la actividad docente. La estrategia lleva implícito la rotación de los estudiantes por los ciclos contables con tres fases: familiarización, desarrollo de las actividades en cada área y consolidación e integración. Una vez aplicada la experiencia se constató mayor destreza de los estudiantes para el desempeño.
