La cultura jurídica. Conocimiento clave en directivos y reservas para gestionar el desarrollo local

Abstract

El conocimiento y la información son pilares fundamentales del desarrollo, Es una necesidad promover desde la educación superior su gestión a través de la formación continua. Dentro de las necesidades más prioritarias aparece la educación jurídica de los ciudadanos y especialmente de los directivos y sus reservas por el papel tan importante que desempeñan en nuestra sociedad. En este sentido, nuestra universidad en el municipio asume el reto de formar compañeros responsables, para elevar la cultura jurídica y fortalecer la conciencia jurídica mediante el conocimientos de los derechos, deberes y obligaciones frente al Estado y la sociedad y las principales normativas reguladoras de la actividad profesional. Para ello ha acompañado a los profesionales de la Dirección municipal de justicia que atendiendo a las necesidades han elaborado Planes de capacitación que apoyados por las Tics garantizarán formarlos en el respeto a las leyes, fortaleciéndose la legalidad socialista.
