Sistema contable integrado para la gestión estratégica en la agroindustria de granos “Fernando Echeniqueâ€

Abstract

La investigación se desarrolló en la Empresa Agroindustrial de Granos “Fernando Echenique†de la provincia Granma la que obtiene el 40% del arroz que se produce en Cuba; sin embargo, los resultados económicos se ven afectados por los altos costos, incidiendo las insuficiencias de sus sistemas de gestión empresarial en particular la Contabilidad que se ha limitado de generar información relevante y oportuna para la toma de decisiones estratégicas, por lo que, la problemática abordada se constituyó en problema científico a resolverse al considerarse la inexistencia de un sistema contable que integre de forma efectiva la gestión económica en la agroindustria de granos que limita la obtención de información relevante para la dirección estratégica empresarial. De aquí, que el objetivo general sea diseñar la metodología de un sistema contable integrado de gestión estratégica en la agroindustria de granos en Granma que constituya la base informativa para la dirección estratégica empresarial.
