Responsabilidad social empresarial y planificación empresarial en la empresa estatal cubana

Abstract

El presente artículo tiene como propósito reflexionar sobre la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial (RSE) y su relación con el proceso de Planificación Empresarial (PE) que se desarrolla en la empresa estatal cubana. Para cumplir con tal objetivo, el trabajo inicia explicando el concepto, enfoques y dimensiones de la RSE, así como, las ventajas que puede traer a una organización la aplicación de dicha forma de actuación. En un segundo momento, se aborda lo que es la PE, destacándose de esta su concepto y las categorías que conforman el plan de la empresa, para culminar explicado la interrelación que existe entre ambos aspectos, es decir, la RSE y la PE.
