Gestión integrada de sistemas en las empresas biotecnológicas cubanas

Abstract

Las empresas como parte de su gestión realizan actividades repetitivas pudiendo esperarse un cierto grado de similitud en los requisitos y componentes de los sistemas que la integran. La presente investigación, tiene como objetivo diseñar un procedimiento para la identificación e integración de los sistemas de gestión en las empresas biotecnológicas cubanas, acorde a la legislación cubana vigente. La novedad científica radica en identificar los principales sistemas que se deben gestionar en las empresas biotecnológicas cubanas, e integrarlos en función de los requisitos comunes de las normas que los rigen y si tienen iguales niveles de madurez en sus procesos. Entre los principales aportes se encuentran: el procedimiento diseñado para identificar e integrar los sistemas de gestión en las empresas biotecnológicas cubanas, compuesto por cinco etapas y 12 pasos; el cual permite la retroalimentación en la medida que madure la gestión de los procesos que integran los sistemas, así como, la propuesta de integración total a través de la combinación de las normas UNE 66177:2005 y NC-PAS 99:2008.
