Un acercamiento a la historia de la salud pública en el Bayamo Republicano (1902-1928)

Abstract

La Salud Pública constituye una de las problemáticas de marcada trascendencia en el recorrido de la historia universal, por lo que el presente estudio se construye desde un enfoque socio-histórico, tocando una de las problemáticas aún de insuficiente tratamiento que atraviesa la historiografía oficial, tópico por demás que, contiene implícitamente, un enfoque multidisciplinario. Esta investigación tiene como Objetivo General: Valorar el estado de la salud pública en el Bayamo republicano (1902-1928). Para realizar la investigación nos apoyamos en la Metodología dialéctico-materialista y en los Métodos: histórico-lógico, deductivo–inductivo y análisis-síntesis, para arribar a consideraciones generales y establecer las particularidades locales del fenómeno. La investigación desarrollada posee alta novedad científica porque permite elucidar una dimensión deprimida de la historia social a partir de una nueva propuesta metodológica.
