El procesado de productos del mar en la región gallega: un estudio económico-contable de CEFRICO S.L

Abstract

Cefrico S.L. es una empresa gallega cuya actividad principal es el procesado de mercancías alimentarias perecederas frescas, refrigeradas y congeladas, procedentes de medios de transporte marítimo, terrestre y ferrocarril. Forma parte de unos de los grupos emrpesariales más importantes en el procesado y comercialización de productos del mar a nivel internacional, ámbito sectorial de gran relieve en la región gallega. La actividad de Cefrico se enmarca en el sector del procesado de pescados, crustáceos y moluscos, el cual depende en cada temporada de la evolución de la pesca. En este contexto, este trabajo analiza la evolución de la gestión y situación económica de Cefrico durante el período 2013-2015, en el que presenta una evolución positiva, apoyada en una política de aumento de la autofinanciación y reducción del riesgo financiero, que aumenta las garantías frente a terceros.
