Sistema De Gestiã“N Y Seguimiento De Mujeres En Estado De Gestaciã“N Utilizando El Internet De Las Cosas

Abstract

Los nuevos y graves desafíos que afrontan los sistemas de salud están alentando al sector público y privado a impulsar el desarrollo de iniciativas cada vez más innovadoras para la mejora de la salud. Dado que casi 70 de cada 100 personas disponen de un teléfono celular en la región, si la plataforma de telefonía celular se puede aplicar a la salud para contribuir a una mayor equidad, también podría contribuir al logro de mejores resultados clínicos y mayor productividad, así como a un perfeccionamiento del monitoreo y la educación de la salud pública (Anta, 2009). El Internet de las Cosas cada vez permite integrar más dispositivos capaces de conectarse a Internet y proporcionar información sobre el estado de salud de los pacientes y brindar información en tiempo real para los médicos que asisten. Es fundamental el control del embarazo y el aporte nutricional adecuado, el cuidado del embarazo en forma temprana, periódica e integral, disminuye sustancialmente el riesgo de complicaciones. El objetivo de este artículo es una aplicación móvil utilizando software libre que permita la interacción entre mujeres en estado de gestación y el medico obstetra.
