La Necesidad De Emprender Una Cultura De Patentamiento En Una Escuela Superior De Ingenierã A

Abstract

Las patentes son una parte importante del desarrollo de una sociedad, es la culminación de los proyectos que en muchos casos se convierten en proyectos nuevos para una compañía importante o el inicio de una nueva empresa, creando nuevos empleos y áreas de oportunidad para el desarrollo de la tecnología mejorando la calidad de vida de las personas, por ello es muy importante patentar innovaciones tecnológicas y llevarlas a la realidad llevando estas ideas hasta su punto más alto e incluso poder en un momento comercializar estos proyectos. Por esto el Modelo Educativo del IPN con enfoque centrado al aprendizaje permite que sus alumnos sean capaces de hacer nuevos prototipos y patentar ideas para los fines mencionados, sin embargo los resultados han sido mínimos. Preguntas como: ¿Qué necesidades tienen de patentar sus proyectos? ¿Consideran importante la cultura del patentamiento? ¿pretenden comercializar su proyecto?¿consideran que en la Escuela se les impulsa a patentar sus proyectos? y otras son analizadas en este estudio, en donde a través de un cuestionario aplicado a 465 estudiantes, se presentan resultados que permiten orientar a la toma de decisiones para la planeación de estrategias educativas tutoriales y administrativas en el plantel.
