Abstract

El presente artículo busca compartir la visión de su autor, respecto de la poca seriedad que se tiene en algunas organizaciones -con el peligro que ello implica-, al adoptar la corriente de pensamiento gerencial en boga dentro de los best-sellers sobre el eje temático mencionado. Invita a reflexionar sobre la necesidad de adoptar una visión más crítica de la gerencia, intentando encontrar pautas sistémicas para resolver sus complejos problemas.
