Los diferentes escenarios probables en el Hospital de Especialidades San Juan Hospiesaj S.A, ante la aprobación del código integral penal en lo referente a la mala práctica profesional en el Ecuador

Abstract

En este medio creciente de nuevos desafíos, en los cuales el Estado está preocupado en satisfacer la creciente demanda de pacientes que necesitan atención oportuna de calidad y calidez, en las casas de Salud Públicas y Privadas, la atención debe estar acompañada de profesionales responsables éticos y con una profunda misión de servicio social. El Plan Nacional del Buen Vivir incluye la gratuidad de la salud. Para cumplir con este fin, el estado ecuatoriano ha creado la Red Pública Integral de Salud apoyada con los servicios de Salud Complementarios, donde se encuentra inmerso el Hospital de Especialidades San Juan Hospiesaj S.A, como prestador de servicios. El presente artículo persigue como objetivo realizar una propuesta de lineamientos del hospital ante los cambios producidos en el sistema de salud ecuatoriano.
