La tarea Álvaro Reynoso como una inversión

Abstract

Durante el año 2002 el Ministerio del Azúcar desarrolló un proceso de reestructuración de la agroindustria azucarera en correspondencia con la situación que tenía el sector y las perspectivas del mercado azucarero, lo que demandó el apoyo de todos los Organismos de la Administración Central del Estado en lo que a cada uno competía. Producto de estos procesos se adoptaron una serie de medidas encaminadas a la reestructuración de la rama azucarera, fue necesario establecer, de modo especial, el tratamiento laboral y salarial aplicable a los trabajadores que, como consecuencia de este proceso, resultaron disponibles por extinción, fusión o redimensionamiento de su entidad laboral, y garantizar que ninguno quedara desamparado, sin empleo o afectado salarialmente. Una de las variantes a utilizar fue el estudio como empleo este trabajo refleja como después de transcurridos estos 10 años esta gran inversión ha elevado el nivel profesional y técnico del sector.
