Criterios generales de la gestión ambiental en Cuba

Abstract

La investigación se realizó con el objetivo de analizar los principales criterios relacionados con la gestión ambiental en el mundo y su desarrollo en el contexto cubano. Para lograr este propósito fue preciso, realizar un análisis conceptual de acuerdo a la bibliografía más actualizada referida al tema. En la investigación se utilizaron métodos teóricos y empíricos que permitieron encausar la información brindada y determinar los problemas fundamentales que limitan el desempeño ambiental del sector empresarial, así como la necesidad contar con Sistemas de Gestión Ambiental más eficientes como herramienta para lograr una mejora continua de la gestión ambiental empresarial, con el propósito de equilibrar la relación desarrollo económico y desarrollo sostenible, así como los principales avances logrados en Cuba al respecto.
