Limón Persa, una oportunidad de negocio

Abstract

No se puede negar la importancia de la agricultura en México y el mundo, puesto que el desarrollo de esta actividad implica aspectos más allá de los indicadores económicos. La esencia de la agricultura es proveer de los alimentos que se consumen y son requeridos todos los días alrededor del mundo. Este proyecto tuvo como finalidad diseñar un plan de negocios que permitiera la puesta en marcha de una empresa productora de cítricos en una comisaría en el estado de Yucatán, para crear un negocio rentable. La empresa que se planea, busca posicionarse en el campo de la producción y comercialización del limón Persa. Con el logro de los objetivos del proyecto, se obtendrán beneficios económicos para la empresa, así como el desarrollo de la comunidad donde se ubica, por medio del empleo de sus habitantes, dejando una derrama económica en la población y mejorando la calidad de vida de éstos. El plan de negocios comprende el análisis del producto o servicio, análisis y selección del mercado, y análisis y evaluación financiera.
