Comentarios sobre el uso potencial de la simulación y la modelación para el diseño de estrategias en el escenario económico-social venezolano

Abstract

El Siglo XXI se ha caracterizado por un avance significativo de las herramientas computacionales para el estudio de los mercados y negocios. El objetivo de este documento fue analizar el uso potencial de la modelación y la simulación para el diseño de estrategias en el escenario económico-social venezolano. La metodología usada para el abordaje de este ensayo fue la investigación documental exhaustiva. Los resultados arrojan que Venezuela tiene un retraso importante en el uso de modeladores y simuladores que le permitan crear estrategias significativas en relación a la situación actual del país. Se recomienda hacer uso de esta herramienta para tomar decisiones más asertivas que permitan impulsar la economía nacional.
