La Responsabilidad Social Universitaria. Estudio de caso de la UTPL en Ecuador

Abstract

Últimamente se habla mucho de la “responsabilidad social” de las instituciones como de una dimensión que toda organización debe tener y promover en sus actividades diarias. El mundo empresarial adoptó esta idea pero desde el ámbito académico comienza a desarrollarse. Quisiéramos aportar con una contribución práctica al nuevo debate con el caso de la empresa Ecolac y la Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja (UTPL). Desde la academia se pretende practicar la Responsabilidad Social Universitaria de una forma responsable y no como una receta cosmética para la Universidad.
