Políticas públicas y sistemas productivos locales innovadores en el sector agrícola

Abstract

El objetivo de la presente investigación fue analizar las Políticas Públicas y Sistemas Productivos Locales Innovadores en el Sector Agrícola; se realizó una investigación de tipo descriptiva, con un diseño de campo no experimental, transeccional, con un enfoque lógico-positivista. La población objeto de estudio estuvo conformada por las cooperativas de productores agropecuarios y por las asociaciones de productores ubicados en el sector agrícola del Municipio Colon del estado Zulia, se aplicó un cuestionario bajo la escala de evaluación Likert con cinco (5) alternativas de respuestas cerradas. Para el análisis se utilizó la estadística descriptiva para medidas de tendencia central y de dispersión. Los resultados obtenidos dieron como conclusión que el sector agrícola del Municipio Colón presenta condiciones y elementos que hacen posible la formulación de políticas públicas que contribuyan a mejorar las organizaciones productivas del sector, con fines a la creación, desarrollo y consolidación de Sistemas Productivos Locales Innovadores (SPLI).
