Los Emprendimientos De La Economía Popular Y Solidaria Y Las Finanzas Populares Y Solidarias En Ecuador

Abstract

La Economía Popular y Solidaria (EPS) y las Finanzas Populares y Solidarias (FPS) actualmente tienen vigencia en Ecuador. De la investigación efectuada se desprende que estas no están cumpliendo con la misión para la que fueron creadas, esto es, de velar por el desarrollo de los emprendimientos de la EPS. Se realizaron talleres participativos con los dirigentes de las organizaciones del sector comunitario que están involucrados directamente en la administración de los emprendimientos de la EPS: presidente, secretario y tesorero. De los talleres se logró elaborar una encuesta, a fin de validarla y elaborar la definitiva para su ulterior aplicación se realizó una prueba piloto. El procesamiento se realizó con el paquete estadístico SPSS versión 20. Se concluye que se hace necesario diseñar una propuesta de coordinación entre la EPS y las FPS, de manera que contribuya a garantizar las condiciones para la sostenibilidad financiera y social de los emprendimientos de la EPS.
