Identificación De Grupos Estratégicos En El Sector Hotelero De Ciudad Victoria

Abstract

En la actualidad México ha evolucionado constantemente adaptándose al proceso de globalización en que se ve inmersa la sociedad actual. Cd. Victoria y su industria hotelera no se exime de este proceso, lo que lleva a los hoteles locales a competir con cadenas nacionales e internacionales. Ante esta situación el presente estudio tiene como objetivo identificar los grupos estratégicos y el nivel de posicionamiento de las empresas que integran el sector hotelero de ciudad victoria en base a sus capacidades empresariales, lo cual permitirá conocer los elementos que permitan a una empresa obtener una superioridad sobre el resto de las empresas que participan en un mismo sector y en un mismo segmento.
