Los Actores Sociales Y Su Rol Ante Los Procesos Del Desarrollo Sostenible A Nivel Local

Abstract

En el presente artículo se hace referencia a las principales definiciones teóricas del concepto de desarrollo formulados por especialistas y estudiosos del tema, profundizando en la evolución histórica del concepto de desarrollo en sus diferentes dimensiones espaciales, haciendo énfasis en lo local como la dimensión más apropiada para entender el impacto de los actores en el desarrollo sostenible, entendida en este caso como el consejo popular. Se analiza además aspectos teóricos sobre los consejos populares como demarcación territorial apropiada para el estudio. Se aborda conceptos sobre la prospectiva, conjunto de técnicas y métodos apropiados para estudiar los procesos de transformación sociocultural de la localidad.
