Estrategia De Desarrollo Sustentable En La Ubpc Miguel Férnadez Del Municipio Majibacoa, Las Tunas

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como finalidad elaborar una estrategia de desarrollo sustentable en UBPC ganadera Miguel Fernández del municipio Majibacoa, la mismo partió del diagnóstico y caracterización de la UBPC objeto de estudio, reflejándose los principales problemas y las potencialidades desde el plano económico, productivo y social. Se elaboraron alternativas para darle solución a través de la integración agricultura-ganadería con una base sustentable. Para lograr este propósito, se hicieron revisiones bibliográficas, se procesaron una serie de datos de vital importancia, los que permitieron elaborar el diagnóstico del sistema. Se realizó una valoración económica financiera y se determinó que es económicamente factible, con un valor actualizado neto (VAN) positivo de $ 611.647,2 una tasa interna de retorno (TIR) de 19 %, y la inversión se recupera en 2.11 años.
