Os Programas De Transferência De Renda Na América Latina Panorama De Experiências Em Desenvolvimento

Abstract

O presente artigo se propõe a realizar uma reflexão acerca dos Programas de Transferência de Renda desenvolvidos para o enfrentamento à pobreza na América Latina. Para tanto, inicialmente, realiza-se uma contextualização do cenário socioeconômico da América Latina, em que se destacam as reformas estruturais e seus impactos econômicos e sociais. Em um segundo momento, realiza-se um mapeamento dos Programas de Transferência de Renda, centrando-se na caracterização dos mesmos, no intuito de identificar suas trajetórias históricas, suas propostas, semelhanças e especificidades.
