La Red Informativa Comunitaria Como Herramienta De Desarrollo Endógeno De Una Comuna: Caso Coopmultimedios.Com.Ve Rl

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene la finalidad de mostrar la factibilidad, viabilidad y pertinencia de la creación de una red informativa entre las comunas socialistas de Sabaneta de Barinas (Edo. Barinas), 22 de Enero (DC, Chacao) y Fabricio Ojeda (DC, Libertador), integrada por las Mesas Técnicas de Telecomunicaciones (MTT), a través de la utilización de los medios comunitarios y la formación de comunicadores populares. Con la experiencia previa de la formación de 30 comunicadores populares provenientes de las MTT, se aplicó la técnica de entrevistas de grupos focales a diversas organizaciones populares como usuari@s y se analizó el contenido informativo de las emisoras comunitarias de la comuna para mostrar el impacto que tiene el manejo de información de políticas públicas de los habitantes de la comuna en su desarrollo endógeno.
