Abstract

El Derecho Administrativo español no se muestra como un bloque legislativo unitario y compacto al regular temas como el de la calidad del agua. Antes al contrario, se ramifica a través del intrincado nivel competencial que viene atribuido en relación con su nota medioambiental.
