Abstract

Todo ciudadano peruano tiene el derecho de vivir en un ambiente adecuado y equilibrado para tener un desarrollo en todos los aspectos de su vida, en nuestra constitución es uno de los ítems más apreciados y que debe ser respetado en su contexto, sobre esta base es que el estado y la persona o individuo deben estar en continua organización para que los derechos lleguen a ser positivos.
