‘Facturas’ cooperativas por servicios públicos esenciales

Abstract

Adicionalmente, otras en concepto de absurdas y abusivas capitalizaciones cooperativas –extrañas al auténtico espíritu cooperativo- (véase la exposición de motivos del decreto-ley Nº 20.337 que regula las cooperativas, concretamente aquella relacionada con los artículos 4, 27, 35, 42 y cc.) de hasta un 15% mensuales en proporción al consumo efectuado por el asociado –más absurdamente aún lo dictaminado por el órgano de control de cooperativas de la provincia de Córdoba con fecha 27 de Julio de 2005 cuando: “entiende que se podrá imponer a los usuarios no asociados un aporte de capitalización extraordinaria, incrementándose la tarifa que se aplique a los no asociados en la proporción correspondiente...”(sic)
