Participación social efectiva y juventud rural: plan de acciones en la finca “Cascajales"

Abstract

La investigación se realizó en la finca “Cascajales†, municipio Consolación del Sur, provincia Pinar del Río, durante los años 2019/2020 con el objetivo de diseñar un plan de acciones para potenciar la participación social efectiva de la juventud rural que surge a partir de una necesidad percibida, con un fin específico, responde a determinados intereses, motivaciones, estimulando el desarrollo de capacidades y habilidades de los actores esenciales. En el logro de los objetivos propuestos se realizó el diagnóstico participativo a partir de una estrategia metodológica triangulada identificando, debilidades y desafíos del contexto agropecuario y participativo en distintos ámbitos, condiciones y espacios. La metodología de estudio se fundamentó en la Investigación Acción Participativa (IAP) una modalidad muy difundida en la Psicología Comunitaria que implica autoconocimiento, autovaloración, reflexión de los resultados alcanzados y la sistematización de las prácticas participativas para la transformación del entorno rural, bases para su implementación en la finca.
