Abstract

La ponencia de investigación tiene por título: La dirección por procesos: una mirada desde el Departamento Docente de Comunicación Social, presenta como problema de investigación: ¿Cómo lograr más eficacia en el proceso de negociación dentro de la dirección por procesos en las à reas de Resultados Claves en el Departamento de Comunicación Social de la Facultad de Ciencias Sociales y Humanísticas, Universidad de Guantánamo?, y como objetivo: Elaborar un plan de acción para la contribución al proceso de negociación de la dirección por procesos en las à reas de Resultados Claves del Departamento Docente de Comunicación Social en la Facultad de Ciencias Sociales y Humanísticas, de la Universidad de Guantánamo. Se emplearon métodos y técnicas del nivel cualitativo, se describen cómo se desarrollan estos pasos y propone como posible solución la instrumentación de mecanismos de perfeccionamiento los sistemas de dirección, que garanticen a su vez la finalidad la dirección por procesos.
