¿Cómo diseñar canales de distribución, con un enfoque de clientes?

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo sintetizar el marco teórico conceptual que sustenta el diseño y selección de los canales de distribución. Concentrando el estudio en la figura del fabricante, punto de partida de cualquier tipo de distribución. Un correcto diseño de los canales de distribución puede reducir los costos en esta área, ser fuente de ventajas competitivas para la empresa y de un mayor nivel de satisfacción de los clientes. Aspectos que se encuentran estrechamente relacionados con el proceso de perfeccionamiento del mecanismo económico cubano, en la actualidad.
