Diseã‘O Del Cuadro De Mando Integral De Una Agencia De Viajes

Abstract

El presente trabajo se realizó con el objetivo de proponer un procedimiento para el diseño del Cuadro de Mando Integral (CMI) de una Agencia de Viajes. Este procedimiento está constituido por 3 fases, la primera de diagnóstico, la segunda de diseño y la tercera de implementación y control. En cada una de estas fases se propone la aplicación de varios métodos, técnicas y herramientas de investigación científica, entre ellos se destacan el método análisis - síntesis, el histórico - lógico, las encuestas, el Método ABC o análisis de Pareto, la Matriz DAFO-Impactos Cruzados así como programas informáticos como el Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) versión 22.0 para procesar las encuestas, el EViews versión 3.1 para realizar los pronósticos y el “Decisión†para seleccionar y validar a los expertos. El procedimiento propuesto tiene un carácter generalizador, que con su aplicación las agencias de viajes podrán diseñar un CMI que le facilite el proceso de toma de decisiones.
