Abstract

Se estableció una misión importante por parte de la Agencia internacional de cooperación de Japón (JICA) en Portoviejo entre el 22 y 23 del mes de noviembre 2016, se realizó un diagnóstico del cantón y ver las posibilidades de cooperación en agroindustrias, educación y deportes y medio ambiente.
