Abstract

Japón es una nación caracterizada por su cultura de prevención, siendo mundialmente reconocido la eficiencia, diligencia, precaución y el cuidadoso modo de proceder que hacen del Japón una potencia mundial. Quizás como consecuencia de su ubicación geográfica es que la sociedad nipona desarrollo dichas características: la isla donde se encuentra dicho país es una zona de alto riesgo en cuanto a desastres naturales, siendo las actividades volcánicas y sísmicas sumamente significativas.
